WHO AM I?

I use to put my self on the line, so I don’t like to tell about me in third person… If you want to know my professional profile, meet me on LinkedIN. Here I want to tell you who I am, not what I do.

My name is Simone Favaro and I’m an Italian, actually 36 years old. Born in Venice, now I live between Venice and Padua, but I’m going to move to Turkey. It doesn’t matter what I’ll do there. I have a project and a strong Idea, but I’m not caged by that. This is my life approach: I drive my goals, my goals don’t drive me. In this way I can mantain a certain flexibility to manage the changement.

I’m not a guru and I don’t want to be it. I think the main problem of today world (socially and economically) is the statement of leadership and “guruship”. Both of them undertake a whole-knowledge and the pretending that all had been found. I believe instead that once you achieved a goal or  a knowledge, these are only a small part of bigger ones.

I belive in the differences. People are different, cultures are differents, countries are differents. And there is no supremacy of the one on the other. In this way you can merge knowledge, you can respect opinion, you can generate new ideas.

These are my main characteristics and because of them I build strong relationship and I can successfully approach the day-by-day work and social life.
